Reservation Policy

·         Credit cards only - MasterCard and Visa

·         Penthouse Suite - no minimum (except July 4th)
 250/night - 1500/wk

·         Mariner Suite - no minimum (except July 4th)
 125/nt - 700/wk -

·         Cancellation must be within 14 days of reservation for refund, less $25.00 accounting fee

·         Cancellation made 7 days or less, will be refunded with a Gift Certificate for future use

·         One night charged to credit card to secure reservation

·         Fully refundable security deposit

·         Check Out 12 Noon - Check In 2:00pm or later (we're flexible)
 

Restrictions

·         No smoking anywhere

·         Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets in the Penthouse suite but we will accept a smaller pet in the Mariner suite.

·         Children 9 and older welcome

·         Bedrooms upstairs, handicap NOT accessible
