Reservation Policy

·         Credit cards only - MasterCard and Visa

·         Rooms & Rates - no minimum (except July 4th)

·         Cancellation no cash refunds gift certificate for future lodging up to 1 year (unless otherwise stated)

·         Reservations not cancelled or cancelled after scheduled check-in are considered "No Shows"
 there is no refund/gift certificate provided for early departures or "No Shows".

·         One night charged to credit card to secure reservation

·         your credit card is your security deposit

·         Check Out 12 Noon - Check In 2:00pm or later (we're flexible)

Restrictions

·         No smoking anywhere inside or in common areas

·         Pets acceptable by pre-arrangement only 

·         Children welcome

·         Mariner and Penthouse suites are located on the second floor upstairs
